The saturator is designed for vacuuming and saturation of drinking, mineral water with carbon dioxide using active deaeration when working as a part of filling line with the productivity of 9,000 liters per hour.

The saturator may be used in conditions of serial and mass production in the food industry.

Deaeration process

The water fed through the pipeline enters the water tank of a saturator. The pipe used to enter the water to the tank is perforated. Due to this water enters the tank in the form of droplets that facilitate the water deaeration. A vacuum pump creates a vacuum in the tank, due to this oxygen is extracted from the liquid.

Product cooling process

The circulator pump directs the water from the water tank to heat exchanger, where the water is cooled to a predetermined temperature. Water that has not reached the set temperature in the heat exchanger is returned to the water tank. The water circulation through the heat exchanger is carried out until the water temperature reaches the specified value.

The process of water saturation with carbon dioxide

Cooled water from the water tank is piped through the ejector into the product tank, saturated with carbon dioxide along the way.
