DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015)

At the Thermo-Pack Packaging Equipment Plant, standards have been developed and implemented that regulate the operation and control of production processes and equipment acceptance tests.
The modern goods market puts forward new, more stringent requirements and criteria for assessing product quality.
First of all, this is the need for a systematic risk assessment when concluding procurement or supply contracts, the need to obtain guarantees that the product (or service) will certainly have the specified characteristics, will be presented on time and paid for in a timely manner.
The criterion for confirming these guarantees can only be stable production, provided with an appropriate level of management efficiency.

Packaging equipment plant “Thermo-Pack”, having developed and certified a quality management system in accordance with the international standard DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001 :2015), got the opportunity to manage production exactly as required by the European community.

Standard DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015) covers more than 20 elements of production management, including areas such as:

• contract activity;
• design;
• documentation management;
• management of production processes;
• purchase management;
• metrology;
• training;
• infrastructure;
• control and testing of products.

Compliance with the requirements of the standard allowed the plant to manage production, eliminating individual unnecessary links, increasing responsibility and status at all levels of management.

And although the implementation of the minimum requirements of the standard DSTU ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 9001:2015) is far not an ideal model of a Western company, but the built quality management system is a good basis for the implementation of further modern management approaches that turn the company into a world leader.
A principled approach to evaluating the effectiveness of processes, their measurement and analysis, and continuous improvements allow the plant to produce products that meet the requirements of the most important customers and meet the requirements of European directives.

It is not difficult to verify this by analyzing the concluded contracts for the supply of the Plant’s products to the CIS countries, Europe and Asia.

Product Certification is a conformity assessment procedure whereby an organization independent of the manufacturer certifies in writing that a product conforms to specified requirements. The type of confirmation in writing is certificate of conformity.

Certification – confirmation of product (process) compliance with the requirements of regulatory and technical documentation, carried out by a third party (an accredited certification body).

Mandatory certification (conformity assessment) is carried out for compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents defined by the legislative acts of Ukraine or regulatory documents included in the List of products that are subject to mandatory certification in Ukraine, which is approved by a special authorized body of the central government with confirmation of compliance.

1. Certificate of conformity for shrink packaging machines type UMT (UkrSEPRO; Declaration of Conformity TR of the Customs Union)
2. Certificate of Conformity for labeling machines of the MPPE type (UkrSEPRO; Declaration of Conformity TR of the Customs Union)
3. Certificate of Conformity for devices for palletizing and wrapping cargoes of the Cocoon type (UkrSEPRO; Declaration of Conformity TR of the Customs Union)
4. Certificate of conformity for machines for bottling drinking, carbonated, mineral and beer water, type MP (UkrSEPRO; Declaration of Conformity TR of the Customs Union)
5. Certificate of conformity for conveyors KL, KP, KR, KT for continuous transportation of food and light industry products (UkrSEPRO; Declaration of Conformity TR of the Customs Union).

Declaration of Conformity TR of the Customs Union is a document that confirms the compliance of products with the conformity assessment (confirmation) procedures established in the technical regulations of the Customs Union and meets the requirements of all technical regulations of the Customs Union that apply to these products.
