Designed for rinsing, pouring soft drinks, drinking and mineral water, beer, kvass in PET containers or glass bottles with a capacity of 0.33 l to 10 l and 19 l bottles and corking them with a plastic screw cap for PET containers or an aluminum cap for glass containers.

Most models of filling and capping machines are a triblock, on the frame of which rotary rinsing, filling and capping units with a common drive are mounted. The unit is completed with a chain conveyor, a recirculation tank, a cap feed conveyor and an electrical cabinet. Thanks to the chain conveyor, the supply of containers to the machine is ensured. The screw is responsible for dividing the row of bottles at the entrance to the filling unit. Then the container is fed into the turnstile star of the rinse aid unit. When leaving the star, the bottles are captured and with the help of grippers, moving along the copier, they are turned upside down. Water enters the container under pressure, washing the inner cavity of the bottle, and flows down from its walls during the further movement of the container. Then the bottles are turned upside down and fed to the conveyor of the plant. Moving along the conveyor (several elements of the machine are involved in the process), they go to the filler of the bottling unit. The filler valve opens automatically after the bottle is pressed against it and after it is lowered, it closes. The container descends and engages with the lead star. The bottles are then moved from the filling station to the capping station by means of a screw. The oriented cap is fed from the orientator into the cap delivery mechanism. The cap is selected by the capping head, which is lowered along with it onto the bottle and then the capping process is carried out. Further, the already sealed container is removed from the capping section with the help of a turnstile star and enters the conveyor for removal from the installation.
