The machines of the MP series have different designs depending on the type of product to be packed, the type of packaging (glass, PET) and the version of the closure cap. The product of the MP series is the following products: carbonated drinking water, sweet drinks, mineral carbonated and non-carbonated water, beer, kvass.

Machines series MP are used in the conditions of mass production and mass production in the food industry. It is possible to produce a machine for packing the products of the chemical industry.

This machine is made in the form of three units, which performs operations for rinsing, pouring non-carbonated mineral water into PET bottles with a capacity of 5 liters and capping them with a screw plastic cap

The machine MR12-3 is a triple block, where the rotary rinsing, filling and capping units with a common drive are mounted on the frame. The machine is supplied with a chain conveyor, a recirculation tank, a capillary conveyor, and an electrical cabinet.

Feeding of the bottle into the machine is carried out with the help of a chain conveyor. Division of a continuous row of bottles at the inlet to the bottling unit is carried out by means of a screw. Further, the bottle enters into the turnstile sprocket of the rinsing unit. At the exit from the turnstile sprocket, bottles are captured by grippers and move along the copier, turning their necks down. In the bottle water comes under pressure, which washes their inner cavity. With further movement, the water drains and bottles are turned upside down. At the exit of the unit, they enter into engagement with the turnstile sprocket and move to the conveyor of the machine.

When moving along the conveyor, they enter into engagement with the screw of the filling unit, then pass to the turnstile sprocket and move to the filler of the filling unit. The lift of the filling unit presses the bottle to the filler, thereby opening the filler valve. After the end of the filling process, the bottle is lowered and thus the valve is closed. Then the bottle goes down, getting in contact with the outfeed turnstile sprocket. Further, with the help of a screw, bottles are moved from the filling unit to the capping.

At the closure, the oriented cap from the orientator falls into the cap feeding mechanism. The capping head selects the oriented cap and falls along with it onto the bottle, carrying out the process of capping. The closure unit is rotor-type and has five capping heads to ensure the capping process. Corked bottles with the help of a turnstile sprocket are removed from the sealing zone and fed to the conveyor for removal from the machine.
