Description
Machines of the MP series have different designs depending on the type of product being packed, the type of container (glass, PET) and the design of the cap.
The packaged products of MP series machines are: carbonated drinking water, sweet drinks, carbonated and non-carbonated mineral water, beer, kvass.
MP series machines are used in serial and mass production in the food industry. Execution of the car for packing of products of chemical industry is possible.
This machine is made in the form of three blocks, which performs the operations of rinsing, bottling non-carbonated mineral water into PET bottles with a capacity of 5 liters and sealing them with a screw plastic cap.
The MP12-3 machine is a triblock, where rotary rinsing, filling and capping units with a common drive are mounted on a frame. The machine kit includes a chain conveyor, a recirculation tank, a cap feed conveyor and an electrical cabinet.
The bottle is fed into the machine using a chain conveyor. The division of a continuous row of bottles at the entrance to the filling unit is carried out using a screw. Next, the bottle enters the turnstile star of the rinse aid unit. When leaving the star, the bottles are captured with the help of grippers and moving along the copier, they are turned upside down. Pressurized water enters the bottles, which washes their internal cavity. With further movement, the water drains, and the bottles are turned upside down, then engage with the turnstile star at the exit from the block and enter the conveyor of the machine.
When moving along the conveyor, they engage with the auger of the filling unit, then move to the turnstile star and then move to the filler of the filling unit. The filler lifter presses the bottle against the filler, thereby opening the filler valve. After the pouring process is completed, the bottle is lowered and thus the valve is closed. The bottle is lowered, getting into engagement with the outlet star. Further, with the help of a screw, the bottles are moved from the filling unit to the capping unit.
At the closure, the oriented cap from the orientator enters the cap feed mechanism. The capping head picks up the oriented cap and lowers with it onto the bottle, carrying out the capping process. The rotary capping unit has five capping heads to ensure the capping process. The capped bottles are taken out of the capping area with the help of a turnstile star and fed to the conveyor to be taken out of the machine.
