Composition of the capping unit:
• cap orientator;
• feeding tray;
• turnstile sprocket;
• capping heads;

• capping head.
Feeder screw cap delivers caps on tracker caps from which the oriented caps are fed to the tray. Standing at the exit from the feeder air cylinder on command controller feeds the caps on the star turnstile. Star turnstile sends to the heads closure caps, which fall under the influence of a copier, making rotary motion around its axis and around the axis of the machine. Inside the head capping worth magnetic coupling, which regulates the force of twisting the cap. Upon further movement on cam head capping rises. Torque is transferred from the unit to the closure of the central drive via a gear drive.
