Complete filling lines for PET bottles – types of equipment used

The full cycle of technological processes of the PET bottle filling line includes:

• water treatment;
• blowing containers;

• To install bottling lines with a capacity of up to 4000 bottles per hour, equipment of the following type is used: an APF-4 pneumatic molding unit, a pneumatic conveyor, an MP-63 filling triblock (an additional function is a cork feeder), a machine for applying labels MPPE-3000A, packaging machine UMT-600 AL, chain plate conveyor, pallet wrapping machine “Cocoon”. At the request of the customer, an ink jet printer (dating machine) and a saturator are provided.
• The capacity of the bottling line is up to 6000 bottles per hour. The composition of the line: APF-6004 pneumoforming unit, pneumoconveyor, MP-63.9 filling triblock (an additional function is a cork feeder), MPPE-6000 A labeling machine, UMT-1500 AL packaging machine, chain plate conveyor, pallet wrapping machine Cocoon.
