Filling line with a capacity of up to 9000 bottles / hour – with a bottle volume of -0.5 liters

Line composition:

Product type – carbonated and non-carbonated water, soft drinks.

Depalletizer is designed for automatic unloading of bottles and cans from a pallet on a conveyor line.
Vertical side flexing gripper conveyor.
Chain plate conveyor. It is configured on the basis of the plan for placing equipment in the workshop and the customer’s specifications.
Filling machine MP-63.S (triple block). Machine is for rinsing, filling soft drinks, mineral water, beer or kvass into glass bottles and capping them with crown or screw caps. Productivity is 9000 bottles/hour.
Saturator – a device for gassing (saturation) of liquids with carbon dioxide.
Labeling machine MEW for application of paper labels on glass containers of 0.33 and 0.5 liters. The device is made for a specific type of container and label size. Productivity – up to 12 000 bottles/hour.
Packing machine UMT-1500 AL.02 linear type (high-performance) for packing various types of cylindrical containers. Capacity – up to 1200 packs per hour.
Pallet wrapping machine type “Cocoon” for wrapping of goods on pallets with stretch film.
