Automatic filling monoblock MR-63.19L.A2 – rinser, filler, capper

1. Semi-automatic machine for external washing of bottles MR-63.19L.A2-03 is designed for washing the external and internal surfaces of 19-liter bottles with a washing solution and subsequent rinsing with water in order to prepare them for reuse.
* – Fully automatic machine wash is also available.
Automatic filling monoblock MP-63.19L.A2 – productivity – up to 300 bottles per hour.
2. Rinsing unit – designed for sanitizing the internal surfaces of the bottles.
Washing is carried out by means of fixed nozzles. The rinse time is adjustable. The empty bottles are fed into the monoblock manually.
* – Can be equipped with a bottle loader.
3. Filling unit. It is designed for filling of water into bottles. The filling process is regulated.
4. Capping unit – orients and installs plastic stopper.
5. Chain plate conveyor. Used to move bottles between machine units. A configuration of conveyor systems developed on the basis of the plan placement in the workshop and the customer’s specifications.
6. The shrink tunnel is designed for thermal shrinkage of overhead hygienic caps on bottle stoppers.
