Description
The depalletizer is designed for unloading pallets with empty glass containers and subsequent unloading of containers (by tiers) onto the outfeed conveyor systems.
The depalletizer is used in the conditions of single, serial and mass production in various industries.
The work of the depalletizer consists of a series of sequential operations that the operator performs using the control panel.
The pallet packaging is removed before placing it on the depalletizer lift.
Check the location of the pusher. The pusher must be in its original (raised) position. After that, the pallet is loaded. The operator removes the top pad on the pallet.
Then the operator returns the pusher to the working position (using the “Pusher Back” button), presses the “Step” button to raise the pallet to 1 level. For more precise sub-adjustment of the level of the pusher on the control panel there are buttons “Up” and “Down”. After adjusting the position of the pusher, you can get to work.
When the pusher is extended, the container moves to the table, and from there to the customer’s outfeed conveyor.
The removal of each layer is carried out by pressing the “Pusher forward” button, returning the pusher to its working position – “Pusher back”, lifting the pallet to the next level – the “Step” button.
After removing the last layer, pressing the “Step” button lowers the platform of the lift to remove the pallet and load the next pallet.
If you need to quickly lower a half-raised pallet, then you must press the “Down” button, then “Step” and hold this combination for half a second.
