Bottoms - prices, buy equipment in Ukraine

Description

One of the priority activities of the plant is the production of spherical bottoms, which are widely used in the food and other industries in the manufacture of various containers and reservoirs.

General information and specifications:

–Torospheric bottoms are made with a diameter from Ф=650 to Ф=2600 mm., thickness S=3-10mm., from steels St3sp and similar in physical properties to it steels (St2, 08kp….), steel 09G2S, limited to stainless food steel (AISI304SI, AISI309, AISI316, AISI310, AISI321, AISI347 … ..).

–Torospheric bottoms with a diameter of more than Ф = 1300 mm are made from two blanks (sheets) welded together. Bottoms from a sheet of thickness S = 3-4 mm. are made with a diameter up to Ф = 1900 mm.

– Spherical bottoms we produce from Ф = 100 to Ф = 2970, from any metals. Spherical bottoms with a diameter of more than Ф = 1450 mm are made of two blanks (sheets) welded together. Spherical bottoms are not beaded according to their technology.

– Normal-convex and flat-convex bottoms we manufacture with diameters from Ф = 650 to Ф = 2600 from steels St3sp and grades close to it in properties (ST2, 08kp ….), Steel 09G2S, from stainless food steel (AISI304SI, AISI309, AISI316 , AISI310, AISI321, AISI347 … ..). Bottoms with a diameter of more than Ф = 1400mm are made of two blanks (sheets) welded together.

– Conical (conical) flanged bottoms are made of thickness S = 3-10mm, St3sp steels and grades close to it in properties (ST2, 08kp ….), Steel 09G2S, stainless food steel ( AISI304SI, AISI309, AISI316, AISI310, AISI321, AISI347…). Conical beaded bottoms made of sheet thickness S = 3-4 mm. are made with a diameter up to Ф = 1900 mm. Cones with a height of up to H = 450 mm with a diameter from Ф = 650 mm to Ф = 1300 mm are made from one segment, and with a diameter from Ф = 1300 mm to Ф = 2700 mm from two segments, provided that the hole at the top of the cone is larger than Ф > 350mm. In the case when the hole at the top of the cone is less than the diameter Ф <350mm, or the height is greater than H> 450 cones are made from three or four.

Technology:

The production of bottoms begins with a detailed analysis of the customer’s specifications.

The design department develops drawings. The drawings are provided to the customer for approval.

Materials undergo quality control when released into production. If necessary, laboratory tests are carried out by destructive and non-destructive quality control methods.

The cutting of materials is carried out with high-precision equipment, namely:

– CNC laser cutting machine for metals;

– CNC waterjet cutting machine.

Welding of sheet parts, for bottoms and cones, is done by a welding tractor.

CNC rollers are used to make the cones.

The bottoms are pressed on a CNC hydraulic press to give a spherical shape.

The CNC flanging machine flanges spherical blanks and cones.

At the request of the customer, chamfers for welding are made on the edge of the bottoms.

Quality checks are made at all stages of production. At the request of the customer, laboratory tests are carried out using non-destructive control methods. The original laboratory test reports are provided to the customer along with the products.
