This machine is designed for the inner rinsing of PET bottles.
Rinsing process means the intermittent washing of the inner surface of the bottle with the aim to remove the dust neutral to voltage of electrostatic and easy washing contaminants in particulate form without a strong mechanical bond with the surface of the bottle.
With aid of transporter the bottles are passed to container dispenser that at certain interval forwards them to the star of loading of turnstile table. Feeding star of tourniquet takes bottles at its mouth with teeth and passes them to grasp that takes the bottle at its mouth and moving on master cam turns the bottle and passes its mouth to valve muzzle. Simultaneously the bottle moves lever into position when lever roller is brought to master cam. When the roller moves on master cam, the lever presses valve stem and rinsing liquid comes into bottle under pressure.
Passing one circle on rinsing wheel the grasps turn bottles to initial position (mouths upwards) and pass them to outloading star that transports bottles to deferent branch of transporter.

Sealing unit of type OP-6000А

Sealing of bottles with plastic screw cap is carries out in sealing aggregate of machine.
Screw cap feed passes caps to orienting device that forwards them to tray. On signal of controller a pneumatic cylinder situated at the output of feed tray passes caps to tourniquet star. The latter forwards caps to sealing heads which by action of master cam come down making rotating movement around their axis and also around the axis of machine. Magnetic coupling regulating force of cap screwing is contained in sealing heads. Upon further movement along the master cam the sealing head goes up. Rotary moment is transmitted to sealing aggregate from central drive through drive gear.
