UMT machines are designed for product packing, bundling and bundle packaging. Products for packing: foods, empty jars, bottles, boxes, other products that do not need preliminary packaging (wood, tiles, metal parts). Different products pack together.

Product is packed in thermal shrinking polyethylene to avoid its pollution, damages, moisture penetration and packaging into wooden and cardboard packs. 

UMT-600A-07PETmachine is used for a wide range of cylinder-shape tare packing (glass bottles and cans) into proper dimension pack on the pad. The machine is equipped with the device that carries cardboard pads from the cassette.


COMPONENTS

The main components (subassemblies) of UMT-600A-06KP are:

• Bundle forming device (former); 
• Thermo tunnel
• Board of controls

The former forms the bundle, regulates its dimensions, delivers the pad, wraps the bundle and gets it to the thermo chamber. Film cutting, film welding and film portioned offsetting are also made here. The film shrinking is made in the thermo chamber and at the exit the bundle is fast cooled and stabilized. Board of controls operates and controls technological parameters.

UMT-600A-06KP machine operation is based on shrinking film ability to reduce because of temperature. 
All forming and packing devices of the UMT-600A-06KP machine are operated by controller in accordance with its program. Product is carried with the input transporter and formed in bundle automatically.

Pusher makes bundle into rows and gets them on the table. When the table is full of proper quantity of bottles (ready block) the counter SQ9 makes signal.

After that the controller drops the row clip and holds out the bar. The product stream is blocked. At the same time the cutter goes to the start position, pusher pads get vertically position and the opener is free. Then the pusher moves forward. When the pusher reaches the intermediate position (SQ4) the following bundle is beginning to form (the cutter is being held out, the bar is being dropped, the row clip is being lifted in to up position). Product goes freely. 

Controller switches on the pusher breaking counter to avoid the strike. When the pusher gets the extreme position (SQ5) the pusher stops. Then the pusher pads are lifted. The product pushing on the pad is finished. The bundle limit gets out and the pusher gets back. The block drives to the electric knife and the block is wrapped by film on the perimeter. 

Simultaneously the next pad gets out from the cassette on the table. The knife starts lowering. Then the knife welds and cuts film. 
Because of the following bundle movement the ready-bundle gets on the transporter. The new part of film is ready. Off-taking transporter drives the block to the thermo-tunnel. 

On the thermo-tunnel transporter the wrapped block goes through the thermo chamber, and the film is shrinking there. 

At the thermo chamber exit the ready bundle is cooled and stabilized. The ready bundle drives onto the roll table.
