Automatic machine - designed for packaging bottles volume of 8.5 liters.

Series machines are designed for the formation of UMT products in packages banding received packets in shrink polyethylene.
 
Packed products: products in consumer packaging (food industry), all sorts of empty containers (cans, bottles, boxes), production does not require pre-packaging (parquet, tiles, min. Wool, wood and metal structures).

Product packaging occurs in polyethylene shrink to eliminate wooden, cardboard and others. Packagings as well as for the protection of products from contamination moisture and mechanical damage.
Series machines UMT used in a single, serial and mass production in the light, food and chemical industries. Upon request and customized plant can produce machines that can be used in other industries.
The principle of operation of the machine UMT-A is based on the property of shrink film shrink in size under the influence of temperature.
All mechanisms feeder substrate, forming a package and packaging unit machines UMT-A controller controls in accordance with the established program in it.
Packed products supplied feed conveyor, which via four mechanisms stopper is separated from the product stream of the desired package size. By means of the feed conveyor unit is supplied for the production zone of the electrocautery on the receiving conveyor. Simultaneously there is a wrap film production unit on the perimeter.
Then the welding and cutting film electrocautery. Electro-one pass produces double-seam welding and cut of the film, separating seam soldered into the film package and seam welded to one end of the canvas upper and lower film roll. Simultaneously, there is a new portion of the film unwinding.
After the opening of the substrate and electrocautery is switched receiving conveyor, feed conveyor feeds the new unit of production.

At the exit of the heat chamber occurs blowing fan ready package with products for faster cooling and stabilization package. Then complete package comes to roller.
Packet counter on the front control panel counts the number of packages.
